Japan is facing a variety of problems, including a declining birthrate and aging population, a slowing economic growth rate, and an increasing burden on social security. The government, realizing that nothing can be solved unless the declining birthrate and aging population problem is resolved, has finally taken the plunge and drafted a new bill to resolve the issue, and is implementing it on a trial basis. This bill proposes a new way of running a school, and something unprecedented has been done: sex as a compulsory subject. One day, a transfer student arrives at this school. But what shocks him about the daily life?!
